Yes — you can change a donation to or from anonymous yourself, no need to contact us.
Every donor automatically has an account, even if you didn't set one up yourself. Check your inbox for the donation confirmation email — it has the details you need to access your dashboard.
Sign in to SupportNow and go to Your Profile → Your Dashboard, then open your donation history (the Supporter tab, where all of your donations are listed). From there you can update whether a donation is shown publicly or as anonymous.
This is the fastest way to make the change — our team can only make these updates manually during business hours, so going through your dashboard avoids any wait.
