While not required, the data is clear that registries with a goal overwhelmingly raise more support. Goals give your community something clear to rally around.
You can set/adjust your Fundraising goal on the front or back end of the registry.
On the front end, click "edit" next to "Support Registry", and type in whatever adjustment you want.
On the back end, go to:
Organizer Dashboard → Edit → Fundraising Goal
You can adjust it at any time.
It’s completely okay to raise your goal as you approach it — many families do.
Prefer not to display fundraising numbers? You can also remove your goal at any time, from the same places above. Registries without a goal show a simple "Donate" option instead of the amount raised toward a goal — the amount you've raised isn't affected, it just isn't displayed to visitors.
