Yes — under the donation tab in your organizer dashboard there's a section where you can see how many gift cards have been donated, by whom, and the amounts for each.
Beneficiaries can also view their own claimed gift cards from their dashboard. Sign in and go to your gift cards at supportnow.org/dashboard?tab=beneficiary (it's the same link for everyone, and it only appears if you're listed as a beneficiary on a registry). If you see a gift card there without a claim button, it means your account hasn't been verified yet for the automatic release of gift cards — reach out and we can help get you verified.
Beneficiaries also receive emails with claim links. Note: a beneficiary's first gift card is subject to an initial approval period of up to 1 business day before it's sent, so the claim email won't necessarily arrive right away — all gift cards after that first one are sent automatically at the time of purchase. If your beneficiary is having trouble finding their gift card claim link and it's been more than a business day, they should first check their spam or junk folder, then search their inbox for "SupportNow" or "gift card" — these emails sometimes get filtered. If they still can't locate the email after checking, they can contact our support team to request a resend.
