Can the beneficiary's name be hidden or changed?
Yes — the name shown for a beneficiary comes from that person's own profile, and they control it. Like any user, a beneficiary can set their displayed first and last name to whatever they'd like in their account settings (Your Profile → Your Settings). If they'd rather not show their full legal name publicly, they can enter a preferred name, a first name only, or initials — SupportNow doesn't require a legal name there.
Two things to note: the beneficiary makes this change from their own logged-in account (an organizer can't edit another user's name on their behalf), and if you're the organizer wanting your own name hidden, see "How do I hide my organizer name?"
