A Stripe Connect account will show a $0 balance until a payout has been requested through SupportNow. This is normal and expected.
Before you request a payout, all donated funds are held within the SupportNow registry — they won't appear in your Stripe Connect balance until you initiate a payout from your User Dashboard.
To request a payout, navigate to your User Dashboard and click "Request Payout." Standard payouts are processed within 24 hours, and expedited payouts within 1 hour (weekdays 8am–8pm ET).
Funds typically arrive in your bank account within 2–3 business days after processing. You receive 2 free payouts every 30 days.If you've already requested a payout and still see $0, allow 2–3 business days for processing. If the balance hasn't updated after that, contact support with your name and email address at help@supportnow.org
Note: Gift cards received through SupportNow are separate from donated funds. Gift cards cannot be converted to cash — they are digital gift cards for specific retailers and must be redeemed at those merchants when donated funds will appear.
