Why We Don't Offer Wix to OS Integrations
At our organization, we prioritize seamless and efficient workflows for our clients. Unfortunately, we do not support direct integrations from Wix to OS due to platform incompatibilities and technical limitations. This ensures we maintain the highest level of service and performance for your systems.
Transferring Your Domain Away from Wix
If you are looking to transition from Wix to OS, one viable approach is transferring your domain to a third-party host, such as GoDaddy, Cloudflare, or Squarespace. This will allow you to manage your domain settings, billing, and support through your new provider, enabling connections to OS.
Steps to Transfer Your Domain Away from Wix:
Log into your Wix account and navigate to Domains.
Click the Domain Actions icon next to the relevant domain.
Select Transfer away from Wix.
Review the transfer information and click Transfer Domain.
Click I Still Want to Transfer to receive an authorization code (EPP code) sent to your domain’s registrant email.
Use the provided authorization code to initiate the transfer with your new domain host by following their instructions:

Squarespace: Transfer Instructions
What Happens After the Transfer?
Once your domain is successfully transferred to another provider, you can:
Connect your domain, subdomains, branded domain, and email sending domain to OS.
Manage DNS settings, contact details, and renewals through your new host.
If you have a Wix site, you can reconnect that site by adding in new DNS records from wix into your new providers settings.
