This training shows how to automate the backend after a purchase or signed contract, from tagging and pipeline updates to internal team tasks. It ensures every new client is properly tracked, notified, and funneled into the onboarding flow with zero delays. You'll get paid, stay organized, and keep your team in sync—all automatically.

1. First up, click on "Automations".

2. Then, click on "2 | Launch Pack ⚡️".

3. After, click on "Step 07 | Payments Received 💸".

4. Step 07 | Payments Received Automation 💸 – Get paid. Automatically. Without chasing invoices like a debt collector.

5. Review Your Triggers for New Client Orders & Signed Contracts.

6. Select the new order submitted trigger, and filter to which products you want to trigger this automation when ordered.

7. Select the "Signed Contract" trigger. Filter to the Signed/Accepted status.

8. Click the condition trigger. Here we will create separate branches for the automation, based on the two triggers.

9. The signed contract branch will add a tag to the contact, create a task for the team to review & notify your internal team.

10. The first actions will, update your contact info by assigning a user, adding a tag, and updating custom fields.

11. The next set of actions will organize your pipelines and create a client onboarding task. Adding the contact to your clients pipeline, and removing from leads & sales.

12. Then, update your Facebook conversions, send a contract and send data to a google sheet for additional reporting.

13. Notify all parties involved with an internal notification to your team, and outbound confirmation messages to your new client!

14. Lastly, wait 5 minutes before adding the contact to your onboarding automation for them to book their onboarding call.
