This guide walks you through everything: updating your contact info, integrating your email and calendar, connecting video conferencing, and setting your availability. With just a few clicks, you’ll have a fully personalized and synced OS profile that keeps your communication, scheduling, and branding tight and professional.

1. Start by selecting 'My Profile' under the 'Settings' menu.

2. Now, ensure your name and contact details are accurate; add any new info.

3. Next, add or update your profile picture for a personal touch.

4. Optionally, choose a default calendar to help organize your schedule.

5. Choose your preferred platform language, or stick with English.

6. Optionally, create a personal email signature for your messages.

7. Save your changes by clicking 'Update Profile.'

8. To sync emails, begin by connecting your email for 2-way sync. 2-Way Sync is what allows emails sent to the connected email address to appear in the "Conversations Tab".

9. Select your email provider and press 'Connect' to authorize. Allow "Lead Connector" permissions.

10. Under 'Calendar Settings', click on 'Add New' to add services.

11. Connect your chosen calendar to synchronize and manage appointments.

12. For video conferencing, click on 'Video Conferencing' settings.

13. Add new connections or settings as needed next.

14. Now, connect your Zoom account for video meeting options.

15. Last, scroll down to "User Availability". Set your availability and time zone, then update it to finalize.

Pre-Requisites

Before setting up your profile, ensure you have the following ready:

Profile Picture – A high-quality image for personalization.

Calendar & Email Accounts – Credentials for syncing.

Zoom or Video Conferencing Account – If using for meetings.

Preferred Time Zone & Availability – To schedule meetings effectively.


😎 Access Your Profile Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings and click on "My Profile".

  2. Ensure your name and contact details are accurate.

  3. Add or update your profile picture for personalization.


🏛️ Configure Profile Preferences

  1. Set a default calendar to organize your schedule efficiently (optional).

  2. Choose your preferred platform language or keep it set to English.

  3. Create a personal email signature for outgoing messages (optional).

  4. Click "Update Profile" to save changes.


📧 Email Integration for 2-Way Sync

  1. Click Connect Email to enable 2-Way Email Sync.

    • This ensures all emails received are visible in the Conversations Tab.

  2. Select your email provider and click "Connect".

  3. Authorize Lead Connector permissions for seamless integration.


📅 Calendar Integration

  1. Navigate to "Calendar Settings" and click "Add New".

  2. Connect your preferred calendar to sync appointments and availability.


📹 Video Conferencing Setup

  1. Click "Video Conferencing Settings".

  2. Add or update your video conferencing preferences.

  3. Connect your Zoom account for integrated video meetings.


🕒 Setting User Availability

  1. Scroll to "User Availability" and set your:

    1. Preferred availability hours.

    2. Time zone settings.

  2. Click "Update Availability" to save changes.
