Step 1: Export Your Funnel from ClickFunnels
ClickFunnels doesn’t provide a direct export feature, so you’ll need to manually copy the pages.
1️⃣ Go to your funnel in ClickFunnels.
2️⃣ Preview each funnel step and copy the page URL.
3️⃣ If needed, download images, custom scripts, and videos for later use in OS.
Step 2: Use OS’s Funnel Importer
1️⃣ Log into OS and navigate to your workspace.
2️⃣ Go to Sites > Funnels & Websites > Funnels.
3️⃣ Click "Import Funnel from ClickFunnels" (if available).
4️⃣ Paste the ClickFunnels URL of your funnel step.
5️⃣ Click "Import" and wait for OS to recreate the funnel.
⏳ Limitations: Not all elements transfer perfectly. You may need to manually adjust buttons, forms, and styling.
Step 3: Manually Adjust Funnel Pages
Since not everything transfers automatically, you should:
✔ Re-upload images, videos, and custom fonts.
✔ Check the formatting of buttons and links.
✔ Ensure form fields are properly connected to OS automations and workflows.
📥 Importing Contacts & Leads from ClickFunnels
ClickFunnels doesn’t automatically export contacts, so follow these steps:
1️⃣ Go to ClickFunnels Dashboard > Contacts.
2️⃣ Click "Export Contacts" (CSV file).
3️⃣ In OS, go to Contacts > Import Contacts.
4️⃣ Upload your CSV file, map the fields (Name, Email, Phone, etc.), and import.
🔄 Recreating Automations in OS (Workflows)
If you use ClickFunnels’ Follow-Up Funnels (or Actionetics):
1️⃣ Go to ClickFunnels > Follow-Up Funnels.
2️⃣ Take screenshots of your sequences for reference.
3️⃣ In OS, go to Automation > Workflows.
4️⃣ Create a new Workflow and manually recreate your email & SMS sequences.
5️⃣ Test the automation before launching.
✅ Final Testing & Optimization
Once everything is imported:
✔ Test your funnel pages to ensure they load correctly.
✔ Check email automations to confirm sequences fire as expected.
✔ Run a test lead to verify the contact flow.
