1. Start by heading over to 'Automations & A.I.' select "Automations".

2. Next, choose '2 | Launch Pack ⚡️'.

3. Then, proceed to 'Step 02 | Personal Calendar 🧑‍🎨'.

4. The trigger for this automation would be an "Appointment Scheduled". This would be connected to your personal calendar.

5. The first set of actions would be to tag, update engagement score, update pipeline, send the pixel to facebook and add a task!

6. The next actions would be the confirmation messages! These include email, sms, and whatsapp + two internal notifications for your team.

7. Next, the contact will wait 1 day before the appointment, then follow up with more reminders.

8. The next set of messages would be the reminders for 1 hour before the meeting.

9. Finally, the last set of reminders would be 10 minutes before the appointment. Make sure to check/adjust these messages to fit your business!
