Step 1: Navigate to Automations

Log into your OS account and click on "Automations" from the main menu.

Step 2: Open the Launch Pack

Once inside Automations, select "2 | Launch Pack ⚡️" to access the pre-built automation templates.

Step 3: Select the Form Opt-In Sequence

Click on "Step 06 | Form Opt-In ⚡️" to begin setting up your lead capture automation.

The Form Opt-In automation captures leads effortlessly and triggers an automated sequence to nurture and convert them into paying clients.

Step 4: Set Up Your Trigger Action

Every automation needs a trigger to start. In this case:

  • Update your "Form Submitted" trigger by selecting the specific form that should activate the automation.

Step 5: Configure Contact Management Actions

Once a lead submits the form, the automation will perform key actions to organize and track their journey:
Tag the Contact for easy segmentation
Assign an Engagement Score to measure interest
Add to Your Pipeline to track their progress
Track Facebook Conversions for marketing insights

Step 6: Send Initial Messages & Notifications

The automation will then send out important notifications and messages:
📌 Notify Your Internal Team about the new lead
📩 Send the First Email, SMS, and WhatsApp Message to the lead

Step 7: Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing

  • After the initial messages, the automation will wait one day before sending additional lead conversion messages.

  • The opportunity will move to the auto-follow-up stage, ensuring the system continues engaging with the contact automatically.

Step 8: Add Additional Follow-Ups

  • The system will wait another day before sending more follow-up messages to increase engagement and encourage conversion.
