This streamlined process minimizes delays and ensures that your system is fully optimized from day one.
Import Survey Overview
1. Access the Import Survey - Open your OS Chat widget and select "Import Survey." Or, click below:
2. Onboarding Checklist - Click on "Onboarding Checklist" and follow the steps. - Once completed, proceed to "Import Survey."
3. Once that's done, click on "Import Survey".
4. Complete the Import Survey - Fill out the survey before your Kick-Off call to help our team understand your business setup and operational needs. This ensures a seamless onboarding experience.
5. Domain Setup - Our team will connect your primary domain and set up a branded domain for link sharing.
6. Action Required:
Follow the provided instructions to invite our team to manage your domain.
If your domain provider is not listed, contact us through the chat widget.
7. Provide the Following Details:
Domain host provider - Confirmation that you have invited our team
Domain(s) to migrate - Indicate if you are moving your website
Branded domain confirmation (required)
8. Email Sending Domain Setup - Once we have domain access, our team will configure your email sending domain. This enhances email deliverability and ensures your emails reflect your brand.
9. Purchase a Phone Number - Follow the provided guide to acquire a phone number for Calling & SMS communication within your system.
10. Register for A2P Messaging - Complete the registration for A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging to enable SMS functionality within your platform.
11. Import ClickFunnels Pages - Submit any ClickFunnels share links to allow instant import of your existing funnels and pages into your account.
12. Import Kajabi Pages - Submit any Kajabi share links to transfer your existing Kajabi content into your OS account.
13. Calendar Rebuild - If you use external scheduling tools, our team will rebuild your calendars within the OS platform for seamless appointment management.
14. Provide Calendar Details - Submit the following information to ensure accurate calendar setup:
Calendar host provider
Names of calendars
Availability preferences
Share links to view existing calendars
15. Upload Email Templates and Contacts - Provide your email template designs and contact lists so your marketing campaigns can be set up within your account.
16. Submit Email Marketing Assets - Upload any files, links, or notes related to your email templates and contact lists. If your files do not include segmentation tags, specify the tags separately.
17. Import Forms and Surveys - Submit any forms or surveys you want integrated into your OS account.
18. Provide Form and Survey Data - Submit form share links or response exports to ensure seamless migration of your surveys and forms.
19. Upload Contracts - Provide any contracts that need to be recreated or uploaded into your OS account.
20. Submit Contract Details - Upload PDFs of your contracts and list the contract names for easy identification during the setup process.
21. Submit Contact Information - Provide your contact details, your account name, and your preferred method of communication.
22. Confirm Import Details Review your submitted information and confirm that all details are correct. Imports will be processed within 3 to 21 days after your first payment, depending on the size and complexity of the import.
