1. Using the support chat widget is the most effective way to reach the support team! Please follow these steps to ensure getting your questions answered quick!

2. In the bottom right corner of your account, please click the blue chat icon!

3. The first section is the "Home" tab. This is where you can find your latest updates from the rest of the support tabs!

4. The second tab is for your Tasks! This is where you will find any outstanding tasks or checklists for your account!

5. The third section is your "News" tab. This is where you will find the latest updates from our team.

6. The fourth tab is the "Help Center". This is where you will all of our support articles about the system!

7. The fifth tab is where you can message our team! You will be able to send messages anytime and track your conversations with our team!

8. The last tab is where you will find any active "Tickets". This will show the status of either submitted, in-progress, waiting on you or resolved!

9. Always check out your widget to make sure you are up to date on updates from our team or reach out if you need any support!
