The "My Calendars" tab provides a centralized space for managing all calendar-related activities within OS. This guide walks through the different calendar sections, including the "Calendar View" for tracking appointments, the "Appointment List View" for sorting and filtering, the "Stats" section for viewing appointment reports, and the "Edit" tab for creating and managing calendars. With various filtering and scheduling tools, this feature helps streamline appointment organization and management.
1. The "My Calendars" tab hosts all of your calendar related sections inside of OS.
2. First, hover over the "My Calendars" tab.
3. You will be prompted with four calendar tabs. Select "View".
4. The "Calendar View" allows you to check your appointments through out your selected time period.
5. On the right side of the page, you will be able to filter your appointments based on Users, Calendars, and Groups. You can also filter based of time period and create a new appointment!
6. Next, click on "Appointments".
7. The "Appointment List View" area will contain all of the same information but in a list instead of the actual calendar.
8. The "Appointment List View" has better filtering/sorting. You can find those options at the top of the page!
9. Next, click on "Stats".
10. The "Appointment Report" will show all of your appointment statistics. You can filter by time period or calendar!
11. Next, click on "Edit".
12. This section contains all of your settings. It is also where you will create and manage your calendars!
