The "Calls & Pipelines" tab helps track contact opportunities, manage sales pipelines, analyze call and lead attribution, and monitor call performance within OS.

The "Calls & Pipelines" tab is a powerful tool for managing contact opportunities, tracking leads through customizable pipelines, and automating workflows. It provides insights into sales attribution, allowing users to analyze key statistics such as revenue closed, opportunities won, and total leads. Additionally, it includes call tracking features like manual actions, power dialing, and detailed call reports to optimize communication and sales efforts.



1. The "Calls & Pipelines" tab hosts a lot of important information regarding your contact opportunities and call tracking!

2. The first tab to click on is "Opportunities".

3. This section is very important for tracking your contacts through their journey. You will be able to move them through your pipelines manually or automatically through your automations!

4. After, click on "Pipelines".

5. The "Pipelines" section is where you can create and manage your pipelines to fit your business needs.

6. Next, select "Attribution".

7. The Attribution Report allows you to see your sales to leads stats. Statistics like Revenue Closed, Generated, Opportunities Won, Total Leads, and more!

8. Next, click on "Manual Calls".

9. The Manual Actions tab is used for tracking tasks and the power dialer system!

10. After that, click on "Call Report".

11. The "Call Report" will show all of your calling stats. You can select a time period and whether you want to look at incoming/outgoing calls!
