1. The "Calls & Pipelines" tab hosts a lot of important information regarding your contact opportunities and call tracking!
2. The first tab to click on is "Opportunities".
3. This section is very important for tracking your contacts through their journey. You will be able to move them through your pipelines manually or automatically through your automations!
4. After, click on "Pipelines".
5. The "Pipelines" section is where you can create and manage your pipelines to fit your business needs.
6. Next, select "Attribution".
7. The Attribution Report allows you to see your sales to leads stats. Statistics like Revenue Closed, Generated, Opportunities Won, Total Leads, and more!
8. Next, click on "Manual Calls".
9. The Manual Actions tab is used for tracking tasks and the power dialer system!
10. After that, click on "Call Report".
11. The "Call Report" will show all of your calling stats. You can select a time period and whether you want to look at incoming/outgoing calls!
