Team Overview

The "Team" tab helps manage internal communications, tasks, projects, SOPs, reports, and analytics to streamline team operations.

The "Team" tab offers a range of tools for team collaboration and management, including Team Chat for internal conversations and Tasks for assigning and tracking team responsibilities. It also features Projects for creating and managing project boards, SOPs for documenting processes, and a Dashboard for tracking key account statistics. Additionally, the Reports section allows for creating and scheduling activity reports to stay on top of team performance.


1. The "Team" tab includes some of our additional add-ons such as Team Chat, Project Boards, SOPs, Tasks, Reports and Your Dashboard.

2. First, click on "Chat".

3. Team Chat gives you the ability to have internal conversations with your team just like slack!

4. Then, click on "Tasks".

5. The Tasks section allows you to assign tasks to specific users, track deadlines and filter by due date!

6. Click on "Projects".

7. The Projects section allows you to create project boards for internal tracking! Equipped with the ability to create Kanban boards, this is a great tool to upgrade your tech stack!

8. Next, click on "SOPS".

9. This section allows you to create SOPs for your internal/external systems!

10. Next, click on "Dashboard".

11. The Dashboard allows you to track important statistics about your account! You can adjust time period and add widgets depending on your preference.

13. The last section is "Reports". This is where you can create scheduled reports about all the activity in your account!
