Client Onboarding Automation 🫶

A streamlined automation to ensure clients book, prepare for, and show up to their onboarding call.

This training walks through a two-part workflow triggered by onboarding call scheduling or payment confirmation. It sends timely reminders via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, checks for bookings and contracts, and updates your pipeline. Perfect for boosting show-up rates and creating a smooth, professional onboarding experience.

1. First, click on the empty icon to get started.

2. Next, select "Automations" from the menu options.

3. Click on "2 | Simple 🔑" to proceed.

4. Now, choose "Step 08 | Client Onboarding 🫶" to access the automation.

5. The trigger for this workflow is going to be when an onboarding call is scheduled. The second flow will be triggered by a separate automation in the payment automation.

6. The first flow we are going to look at is the "Book Onboarding Call". This is the flow where we will remind the client to book their onboarding call. This will be done by email, sms, and whatsapp.

7. From here, we will wait 1 day then check if they scheduled a call. This will allow us to not have them sent extra messages if they have already booked.

8. If they did not book, we will send their second set of messages to book.

9. At the end of this flow, we will wait another day then check if they have filled out the contract (this can be deleted if you do not have a contract being signed). You can also add in more reminders if you would like here!

10. The second flow is where we remind the client about their booked call. We will update their pipeline, add a tag, send an internal notification, add a prep task, etc.

11. After the initial actions, they will be followed up with the reminders to show up. They will get initial reminders, 24 hours before, 1 hour before and 10 minutes before.

12. You can adjust the timing, and email templates to make sure this aligns with your call!
