Learn how to access and navigate support articles to quickly find the answers and guidance you need.

Our support articles are designed to help you understand key features and implement them with ease. Simply open the chat widget, head to the 'Help' tab, and browse or search for the topic you need. You can also explore the full Help Center via the "Team" sidebar for a more organized view of all available resources.

1. The support articles are used to help get an understanding of certain features and implement them for your own account!

2. To get started, open the chat widget in the bottom right hand corner!

3. Select the 'Help' tab from the options.

4. From here, you will be able to access our collections of articles or search for a topic you are interested in.

5. For example, you can choose "Domains",

6. Next, you will see all articles available for that collection!

7. The article will popup allowing you to read through he directions!

8. You can also find the full help center under the "Team" side bar, then select "Articles".

9. The Help Center contains all of our articles and has them organized into folders for ease of use!
