The POS (Point of Sale) System in OS enables you to collect payments in person — fast, secure, and directly connected to your CRM, pipelines, and invoices.
You can now accept payments via Tap to Pay, Active Transactions, or Stripe POS Terminals, making it easier than ever to collect payments on the go.

Tap to Pay is available only for U.S. locations and requires joining the BETA Program for activation.
📲 How to Use Tap to Pay
Open the OS Mobile App
Tap Point of Sale (POS)
Enter the transaction amount and add notes if needed.
Ensure Stripe is Connected
Go to Payments → Integrations → Connect with Stripe on the web app.
If you see “Stripe not connected” in mobile, integration must be completed first.
Verify Your Location
Tap to Pay is only available for U.S.-based accounts at this time.
Collect Payment
Tap Charge ($Amount)
Choose Add Tip (optional)
Ask the customer to tap their card or device against your phone.
Once approved, you’ll see “✅ Payment Successful” and a transaction ID.
📱 Supported Devices
Android: Devices with NFC running Android 8 or later.
iPhone: iPhone XS or later with iOS 16+ (U.S. only).
⚠️ Avoid Beta versions of iOS — use the latest stable release for best results.
💼 Active Transactions in POS
Active Transactions consolidate due or overdue invoices into one accessible POS menu.
This helps you quickly review, edit, and collect any pending payments directly from your mobile app.
How to Manage Active Transactions:
Open your OS Mobile App → Tap POS
Select Active Transactions from the bottom bar
Review due invoices, estimates, or appointment payments
Swipe left or long-press to view options
Tap Record Payment → choose your preferred method
Mark invoice as Paid
