1. You're Not Using Chrome or a Chromium-Based Browser
Surfe is designed to work exclusively with the Chrome browsers such as Google Chrome.
Unfortunately, we do not offer integration with Safari, Firefox, Mozilla, Brave, or any other non-Chromium-based browsers.
To resolve this:
Download and install Google Chrome or another Chromium-based browser.
Retry installing Surfe on your new browser.
2. Surfe Is Experiencing a Server Issue
Sometimes, server outages or disruptions can prevent the extension from installing properly. Check our real-time status page to see if there are any ongoing issues:

3. Something Else Went Wrong
