How do I switch from using Surfe with Google Sheets to using a CRM?

When using Surfe with a CRM, you’ll have access to our full range of features, including Message Sync and Analytics, Contact Updates, Sales Enablement integrations, Tasks, Notes, and Deals.

To switch to a CRM, you’ll first need a subscription to one of the CRMs that we support: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Copper. Tou can follow the steps in our How to Switch CRMs article to move your integration from Surfe over to your CRM or follow the steps bellow:

How to Reconnect Surfe or Switch Your CRM

If you need to reconnect your Surfe account or link it to a different CRM, just follow these quick steps:

1. Open Surfe

Click the Surfe icon in the top-right corner of your browser (next to the puzzle icon).

2. Log out

In the Surfe side panel, click Log out.

3. Reconnect

Log back in and select the correct CRM or Google Sheet from the list.

That’s it!
Surfe will automatically connect using your CRM ID.
