Surfe users on Essential and Pro plans that also use Sales Navigator benefit from a special SalesNavigator list export feature. The feature allows users to export lists of leads from Sales Navigator depending on a specific set of search criteria and add them to your CRM in one click. Using Surfe with Sales Navigator allows users to be 25x faster when exporting leads to the CRM solution. The feature is limited to 100-200 contacts per day depending on the Surfe plan. This limit was set to prevent any abuse and to entice users to focus on the prospect's qualification rather than quantity.
How to export lead lists from Sales Navigator to your CRM
First, build your lead list.
In Sales Navigator, go to your Leads and select the ones you would like to export.
Then press Export to CRM.
Confirm the type of contacts to be exported (e.g. contacts or leads).
Your export update.
And wait for the list to be exported! When the process is completed, you will notice that all of the contacts are now highlighted in blue, which means that they have been successfully added to your CRM. You can also check your exported list by clicking on "View".
How do I export Accounts from the Search page?
With Surfe, you can also export Accounts from the Search page. Go to Accounts and then click on "View in search".
Select your Accounts and export them with Surfe "Export to CRM"!
