I forgot my password with Surfe

It happens, we know! But don’t worry it's simple; follow the below instructions to recover access:

  1. Ensure you are logged into your CRM account using the Chrome browser. This is how we recognize you!

  2. Click on the extension icon in your browser bar (If you don’t have the extension installed, please make sure to install it first, from here.)

  3. Usually, we will remember the last CRM you logged in with and you will get the option to just continue with that CRM. Or you will be greeted with our CRM connector and you can choose the CRM you want to connect through.

  4. You will be directly connected!

  5. If you want to access your dashboard you can click on the “Open dashboard” on your side panel, or through this link.

  6. Since Surfe connects using your CRM email, you can update your password directly in your CRM if necessary.

If you're not able to recover your access this way, you can try the magic link! Visit this page on your desktop or mobile browser and enter your email that you signed up to Surfe with and you will get a magic link in your email that will help you get back your access.
