How Extra Credits work and do they expire?

Need extra email or phone credits to enrich your leads faster? You can easily purchase them directly in the Surfe app. Here’s everything you need to know:


How to Buy Credits

  1. Open the Surfe app.

  2. On the top right corner, click on “Buy credits”

3. Choose the quantity of email or phone credits you need.


4. Complete the one-time payment — no subscription, no recurring charges.

Important: Credits Expire After 3 Months

All purchased credits are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits will automatically expire after that period, so be sure to use them in time!

Credits Are Shared in a Pool

Credits are pooled and shared across your entire team. This means all team members on the same Surfe workspace can access the purchased credits — no need to allocate them manually.

Need More Credits? Just Re-Purchase

These purchases are one-time only. If you run out of credits, simply go through the same purchase flow again — it’s quick and flexible.
