Troubleshoot?

No worries! This may be why:

  • API Access Required
To use Surfe with Salesforce, API access is required, which isn't available in all Salesforce plans. To check if your current plan includes API access, you can refer to this article or contact your Salesforce Account Executive directly.

If you're using Salesforce Professional Edition, API access can be purchased separately. Be sure to confirm your Salesforce plan's details here to ensure compatibility with Surfe.

  • Salesforce Settings blocking Surfe
If you're encountering the error message, "This page isn’t working. Api.leadjet.io is currently unable to handle this request," it might be due to Surfe being blocked in your Salesforce account. To resolve this, you can unblock Surfe by following the steps outlined in this Salesforce support article .

    NOTE
Surfe currently does not support Salesforce sandboxes.

If the issue still persists please don't hesitate to contact us directly at support@surfe.com.
