Speedify your note taking process with templates.

How to create a template:

  1. When on the LinkedIn profile of a contact who is present in your CRM, click on the notes icon in the Surfe side panel.

  2. Click ‘Create new note’ and get typing! Surfe users regularly use this feature to take notes on discovery or demo calls. Perhaps add some sub-headings for questions you usually ask on these calls.

  3. When you’re happy with how the template looks, simply click ‘Save as new template’.

To use a template, click on the notes section of the Surfe side-panel, click ‘Create new note’, and simply select a template from the list.

You can give your team access to view or edit your note template by sharing it with them. Click on Share and choose your colleague!
