The list you have currently enriched will be visible right away in "Enrich CSV".
To see all of your enriched lists, click on "My Lists".
To download or delete your lists, click on 3 dots here
If you’ve already enriched a list in the Surfe app, when you return to that list you’ll have the option to automatically skip contacts that were previously enriched, so you don’t use credits on the same profiles twice.
Select the list you need to enrich in the Surfe App > My lists
Hover "Find all emails & mobiles"
switch on "Skip previously enriched contacts"
Phone numbers look incorrect after exporting a CSV from Surfe
Why this happens
When you export a CSV from Surfe and open it in Excel, Excel may treat phone numbers as numbers instead of text.
This can cause:
Missing + signs
Numbers shown in scientific notation
Cut or reformatted mobile numbers
This behavior comes from Excel, not Surfe. CSV files don’t keep formatting, so Excel decides how to display the data.
How to fix it in Excel (Desktop)
Option 1:
Open Excel
Go to Data → From Text/CSV
Select your CSV file
Set the phone number column to Text
Option 2:
Select the phone number column
Right-click → Format Cells
Choose Text
Re-paste the numbers if needed
Tip:
If you open the same CSV in Google Sheets, phone numbers usually appear correctly because they’re treated as text by default.
