The Google Sheets integration lets you export survey responses in .xls format directly to your Google account. Unlike the cloud backup options (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive), which store a daily snapshot of all your data, the Google Sheets integration is designed for response-level exports you can work with in a spreadsheet.
Looking to back up your survey data automatically each day? See Cloud backups for the Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive options.
How to connect the Google Sheets integration
Open the survey you want to export responses from.
Go to the survey settings and select Integrations.
Find the Google Sheets integration and click Connect.
Sign in to your Google account and grant Survio the required permissions.
Once connected, your responses will be exported to a new Google Sheet in your Google account.
What gets exported
Responses are exported in .xls format. Each row in the sheet represents one survey submission, with columns corresponding to your survey questions.
Plan availability
The Google Sheets integration requires an active subscription (Mini, Standard, or PRO Business). Free accounts cannot use this feature.
