Where can I redeem promotional vouchers?
Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed in our online shop and only during the specified validity period. They can only be redeemed by you as the recipient and are non-transferable.
Are promotional vouchers valid for all products?
Individual products may be excluded from voucher promotions. You will find relevant information directly on the promotional voucher. Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order.
Can I redeem a promotional voucher retrospectively?
No, promotional vouchers must be redeemed before completing the order process. Unfortunately, retrospective offsetting is not possible.
Does the order value have to correspond to the value of the promotional voucher?
Yes, the value of your order must be at least equal to the amount of the promotional voucher. Any remaining credit will not be paid out. If the value of the promotional voucher is not sufficient to cover your order, you can pay the remaining amount using one of the other available payment methods.
What happens to the voucher if I return the order?
If you return a product that you paid for in full or in part with a promotional voucher within the scope of your statutory right of withdrawal, the voucher value will not be refunded.
