The colors of the LED display provide information about the current charge status of your battery and the associated motor power:
Blue: The battery is more than 82% charged. The high voltage means there is excess power available, so your SUSHI BIKE can offer you maximum support.
Green: The battery is between 56% and 81% charged. Your SUSHI still provides powerful support and allows you to reach a comfortable speed of up to 25 km/h. As long as the LED is blue or green, all bars on your display show the maximum charge (four or five bars, depending on the LCD display).
Red: The battery is between 30% and 55% charged. In this range, the motor operates at a lower voltage, resulting in slightly reduced assistance. You will still be able to reach a speed of approximately 20 km/h. Please note that the charge level may change more quickly depending on your riding style, terrain (incline), load, and outside temperature. It is also important to store your battery correctly, as lithium-ion batteries do not tolerate extreme cold or heat well.
Where can I purchase a replacement battery?
SUSHI BIKE 1st generation:
Unfortunately, we can no longer offer replacement batteries for first-generation SUSHI BIKES. To ensure that you can continue to use your bike, we offer you the option of upgrading it to the next-generation battery. To do this, you will need a new controller including battery holder and a new additional battery. The new battery has an impressive range of up to 75 km – for even more riding fun and flexibility in everyday life.
