Frame number & photo:
In order for our service team to quickly offer you the right replacement part, we always need the frame number of your SUSHI BIKE – ideally together with a photo of the defective part. Without this information, we are unfortunately unable to provide you with specific details. We use the frame number to check whether the replacement part is compatible with your bike and whether it is available. Once we have received all the relevant information, we will send you a draft order including a payment link. You can then easily complete the payment online.
Note:
If you have a complaint under warranty (two years after delivery), please select “Complaint” in our Messenger. Please fill in all relevant fields. This will enable us to check your claim for free repair as quickly as possible. You will find a detailed description of this in the help article “XXXX”.
