Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Here’s how it works across different areas of the club:
Registrations and programs (e.g. SDS, SSA, Holiday Camps): Refunds are considered in cases of overpayment, administrative error, or if you notify us before the program begins. If a player cannot continue due to injury or illness, refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis and pro-rated for the remaining sessions.
Events and ticketed activities: If the club cancels or reschedules an event, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your attendance more than 72 hours before the event, you are also eligible for a refund. No refunds are provided for no-shows or change of mind.
Merchandise: Unworn and unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Faulty or incorrect items are covered under Australian Consumer Law and will be refunded or replaced.
