Offer statuses
Status | What it means |
Active | Offer is live - clicks are forwarded to the advertiser and conversions are tracked |
Pending | Offer is paused and desynced from the API - will not be reactivated automatically even if the advertiser sets it active on their side |
Paused | Offer is paused but stays synced with the advertiser API - can be reactivated automatically if the advertiser sets it active on their side |
Archived | Set automatically, when an offer has had no changes nor received postbacks or clicks in 90 days. See details below. |
ℹ️ Pending vs Paused - the key difference is API sync behaviour. Use Paused when you want the offer to resume automatically if the advertiser reactivates it via API. Use Pending when you want to stay in control and only reactivate manually.
Update a single offer
Go to the offer detail page
Click Edit
Change the Status in the General tab
Click Save
Update multiple offers at once
Go to Offers overview page
Filter to find the offers you want to update (e.g. by id, advertiser, status, tags)
Select the offers using the checkboxes
Check the top checkbox to select all offers on the current page
Click Update Offers and choose the new status
Archived offer status
An offer is automatically set to Archived after 90 days with no changes, clicks, or postbacks received.
What happens when an offer is archived:
Budgets and landing page data are removed
Clicks are discarded, postbacks are not processed
Workflows and Alerts will not act on archived offers
What is preserved:
All historical data (conversions, reports) remains intact
Budgets and landing pages are restored if you reactivate the offer
To reactivate an archived offer:
Open the offer
Click Edit
Change status back to Active, Pending, or Paused
Click Save - budgets and landing pages are automatically restored
