The Analytics Dashboard provides an overview of Global’s performance, helping you track sales, orders, and product performance. This guide explains the various elements and features of the Analytics Dashboard to help utilise its functionalities effectively.


Filtering Options

You can use the filters to find order within a specific date range, or per country.


Overview

A quick snapshot of key metrics:

  1. Total Sales: The total monetary value of all orders placed with Global.

  2. Total Orders Over Time: The total number of orders placed.

  3. AOV (Average Order Value) Over Tiem: The average amount spent per order.

  4. Total Charged by Market: The total monetary value of all orders by market.

  5. Total Orders by Market: The total number of orders within by market.

  6. AOV (Average Order Value) by Market: The average monetary order value by market.


Interactive Geo Map

This map visualizes the geographical distribution of your orders, helping you identify where your customers are located.

Different regions on the map are shaded to reflect the volume of orders from each area. Darker shades indicate higher volumes.


Top Sales by Markets

This table provides an overview of the top-performing markets based on total sales during the selected period. It highlights the total amount charged in each market, compares it to the previous period, and visually represents performance changes over time. Use this data to identify strong sales regions, track market trends, and inform your strategic decisions.
