Accessing your Customer’s Shipping Label and Tracking (Returns V1)

It’s possible to download a copy of a customer’s return label (and commercial invoices where relevant) and check the shipment tracking within the return entry in the Swap dashboard.

This article is for users of Returns V1. For the Returns V2 version, click here.

  1. In the Swap Dashboard, on the left, click on returns.

  2. Find the order number in the list.

  3. On the right, you'll find a button to download the QR code and/or shipping label emailed to the customer in their return confirmation email. Click on the button to download a copy to your device.

  4. There's also a link to the return shipment tracking. Just click on the shipment tracking number, and you'll be taken to the carrier's tracking site to see the status update of the return shipment.
