Swaps cannot be canceled or modified once they have been approved by both parties. It is your duty to inspect your merchandise before approving any orders. If you find a damage or error after you have already approved a swap, notify retailers@SwapRetail.com immediately. 

SwapRetail will email you an updated packing slip reflecting the units that are acceptable for shipping. You will be charged immediately for the value of the damaged/erroneous merchandise, as your new merchandise is already in transit. Because you reported the issue, you will not incur the return shipping costs that would be due if you shipped out damaged or erroneous units.
