You can track your incoming shipments at any time by going to My Orders > Approved Orders > locate your order number.
If your order's tracking number is showing at a "standstill" with no further updates or progress for more than two business days, notify us at orders@SwapRetail.com or call 347-509-7927 with your order number and we will investigate your shipment with FedEx. If the box is unable to be located within 14 days, SwapRetail will issue you a credit based on the wholesale value of the merchandise.
If your order’s tracking number shows your shipment as "delivered" to your shipping address on file, but you did not actually receive it, please contact us within five business days so that we may request a trace on the package. If your shipment shows delivered for more than five business days and you did not reach out for help, SwapRetail is not liable for your claim, but you may contact FedEx directly to open an investigation at 1-800-GO-FEDEX or www.fedex.com.
If your order shows "delivered" but was shipped to a wrong address because your shipping address on SwapRetail was erroneous or not up-to-date, SwapRetail is not liable for your claim. However, as long as you notify us within five business days of the order showing as delivered, a SwapRetail representative will efficiently work to re-route your package to your correct address. You will be charged for any additional shipping costs due to the error.
If your shipping address on file is correct and any other errors occur because of FedEx, the shipper, or SwapRetail, you will not be liable for any additional shipping costs and a SwapRetail representative will efficiently work to resolve the issue and get your package to you. If it is not able to be found and delivered to you within 20 days, SwapRetail will issue you a credit based on the wholesale value of the merchandise.
For purchases, compensation for lost or missing packages will be based on the total of your SwapRetail order.
For swaps, compensation for lost or missing packages is based on the wholesale amount of goods not received, as listed on your SwapRetail order.
