If your RA is due to missing units and found to be valid, you will be paid for the cost of the merchandise to your business bank account on file and the case will be closed. Please note; payments can take 2-3 business days to clear.
If your RA is approved for damaged or erroneous merchandise and found to be valid, you'll need to return it before SwapRetail can compensate you for the value of the merchandise.
You will need to print a return shipping label and the RMA packing slip, then enclose this packing slip in the return shipment, seal up the box with care, and tape the label on the box. FedEx will attempt a pickup the following business day. You must package the returned merchandise properly; see article "Packing your outgoing shipment." Once your RA is delivered, you'll be paid for the cost of merchandise to your business bank account on file and the case will be closed.
After your RMA has been approved, if you do not ship out the merchandise within four business days, the case will be closed and you will not receive any compensation.
