How to log in to SwapX
SwapX doesn't use traditional password-based login. We use Steam exclusively — it's more secure and more convenient.
How to log in:
Go to swapx.gg
Click the "Sign in with Steam" button
You'll be redirected to Steam — log in to your Steam account if you aren't already
Confirm the login and you'll be brought back to SwapX
That's it. We don't send any SMS codes or emails when you log in.
Why do I see a pop-up asking for my details after logging in?
That's expected — if you haven't added your email or Trade URL yet, you'll see a prompt after each login until they're filled in. You need both to sell items on SwapX.
Can't log in?
Make sure that:
You're logging in with the correct Steam account
Your browser isn't blocking redirects (try disabling ad blockers)
Cookies are enabled in your browser
