If you chose Card, Revtag, or Bank Transfer as your withdrawal method, there's one more step after approval: completing the payment form in your SwapX dashboard.
⚠️ This article applies only to Card, Revtag, and Bank Transfer withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals are sent automatically after approval — no additional action needed.
Step 1 — Check your email
After your withdrawal is approved, you'll receive an email with the subject: "Action required — complete your withdrawal". This email contains a link to your SwapX dashboard.
Step 2 — Log in to your dashboard
Click the link in the email. You'll be taken to your SwapX account. For security reasons, the link leads to your dashboard — not directly to the payment form. You need to be logged in to proceed.
Step 3 — Open the payment form
In your dashboard, find the approved withdrawal and click the button to open the Revolut payment form. This is where you provide the final details needed to complete the transfer.
Step 4 — Fill in the form and confirm
Enter the required information and confirm. Once submitted, Revolut will process the payment and send the funds to your card, Revtag, or bank account.
What if I didn't receive the email?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, log in to your SwapX dashboard directly at swapx.gg — your pending withdrawal will be visible there.
What if I don't complete the form?
The withdrawal will remain in the "approved" state until you complete it. Your funds won't be lost — they stay locked for this withdrawal until you either complete the form or contact support.
