A project constraint is a definite and inflexible limitation or restriction on a project. Whether it comes from an internal policy, legacy workflows, or the laws of physics, it is still a constraint for the challenge. The source of the constraint should be documented, even if it cannot be altered.

Hints:
All constraints result in tradeoffs. Make any constraint too tight and another is likely to be negatively impacted, potentially making the solution impossible or undesirable.
In most cases, constraints are driven by absolute business necessity, not things that could change with time or additional resources.
Limit the number of constraints as much as possible, make them soft constraints whenever possible, and make sure your team is fully aligned on these constraints.
