As of now you can only accept payments from consumers with an UK bank account. Regardless of their physical location, anyone will a UK bank account will be able to pay.

We're working hard to free make cross-border payments a reality, but that will take a while to happen. Meanwhile, you can enjoy payments without transaction fees within the UK.
