We've adopted best online shopping practices and have implemented a familiar checkout flow which consists of four steps - Address, Shipping, Payment and Review. 

To access the Checkout, after you have added products to the cart, just hover over the Cart button in the Main Menu and click the green Checkout button.

In this step of the checkout, if you have created a default address, it will pre-populate this address form.

You can change the address by selecting a saved address from the drop-down at the top of the form. You can also add or edit addresses by clicking the Manage Addresses button.

The next step allows you to enter a Customer Reference, usually a purchase order number (required on all orders) and optional Delivery Instructions.

You also have the option to specify the type of transport you wish to use for the order (nominated carrier or SWD local run) which will calculate the freight amount and add it to your order, or you can choose to pickup directly from the SWD warehouse associated with your account.

At this step you can choose to place the order on your SWD Trade Account, which requires no immediate payment as you will be invoiced and payment due on your agreed account terms.

or you have the option to pay immediately via Credit Card.

Note: COD customers will only have the option to pay by credit card.

The last step is a summary of your order, shipping and payment methods and total order amount.  If you are happy with everything, click Complete Order which will accept and place the order with SWD.  At any time during the checkout process, you can go back or click on a step title to make changes to your order.

You will receive a confirmation once the order has been submitted and an email shortly after. You'll receive a final email letting you know your order has been dispatched or is available to pick up from SWD.
