How do I track my shipment?

When your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number. Please check your junk mail or promotions folder. Speak to a friendly customer service member if you still need assistance. (323) 422-8885

You can also access the tracking number of your shipment by accessing your account if you signed up for one. 

 

How do I track my delivery?

Your sweets are being hand delivered by a Sweet E's team member. Real-time delivery tracking updates are typically not available. For a more specific arrival time, please contact a support member.

 

What if the recipient is not home?

We highly recommend planning and scheduling your cakes or gifts to arrive when someone will be home to receive it. Beautiful fresh baked cakes are not meant to be left outside exposed to the elements. It's important for someone to be home during the delivery window time. 

 

Can you deliver at a specific time?

Due to the nature of what we do, we are not able to deliver at a specific time, only inside the window of time you selected. If your sweets arrive when you are not home, it's highly likely that we will not able to return later. Most often, our delivery drivers have tight schedules to deliver cakes and sweets to other recipients.

 

Can you leave the cake or sweets if no one is home?

Orders will only be left unattended at the sole discretion of the delivery driver. Sweets that can't be left unattended, it will be available to pick up at our store in Los Angeles. The delivery driver will take many details into perspective when deciding to leave sweets unattended if the recipient is not home, such as weather, surroundings, and accessibility.

 

Can you re-deliver my order? No one was home to receive it.

Re-delivery will be subject to an additional delivery charge and availability. We understand that it's disappointing when things don't go as planned. We'll always try our best to help.
