Information in the Player card

This article describes the content of the player card, general information about the player and the players memberships.

In the player module, all your members and guests appears. You can filter on members or guests and search for players included in your CRM of the system. When clicking on a specific player, the player card of that player will appears according to the picture below:

General information appears. If you need to change a value, just press the field and edit it.

In the top of the player card, you can find information about how much the player have spent, booked since you opened your venue:

  • Total number of bookings

  • Used playvalue

  • Bookings paid

  • Booking discounts

Notes

As a club user, you can type notes about the player on the right hand side. Write your note and press enter and the note will be saved. The notes are only visible for the club administrators within your venue.

Membership folder

Here you find information about the players memberships, both active once and old once. The memberships have also information about the reservation policy status and promotion status (if you have limitations on them). In the picture below, you find an example where the promotion on the top has not been used at all, 0 out of 5 rounds.

Bookings folder

All bookings that the player have or had at your venues are listed. You can also find cancelled bookings in the list.
