I cannot create a new account because my email is already registered. What do I do?

If you get the error message that the email adress you are trying to create an account with is already registered it is likely that you already have an account.

Therefore, please try to log in instead of trying to create a new account. When logged in, you can change your email under Profile/Settings/Email. "Change my Email"

If you have forgotten your password, select "Reset password" which appears when you press the "Log in / Create account" button.

If you don't succeed to login, double check that you have spelled your email correct.

If you still don't succeed, please contact our support.
