IMPORTANT NOTE
If you cancel a booking that has been paid by card, ApplePay or GooglePay, a refund will be automatically triggered.
INSTRUCTION
Start with navigating to the tee time schedule for Simulator and Ranges. Double-click the booking you want to cancel.
To cancel and refund the booking (if the booking is paid), click "Cancel and refund" in the right corner. A pop-up window will show where you will have to confirm.
