This article describes the different roles available in Sweetspot

The following roles are defined in Sweetspot:

Owner

Full access.

Admin

Full access except creating users and assigning roles, on all courses.

Booker

Has full access to manage the start time schedule for the courses, simulators and driving ranges that have been assigned to the user.

For example, the Booker cannot create a partner booking, look at the NoShow list nor access the statistics view.

The booker can only see the courses they have been assigned.

Course Operator - site manager

Has the same access as the role of booker, but also start time periods. Can limit the start time schedule per track, simulator and driving range. However, the Course Operator cannot mark a paid membership or remove a player from a membership.

A Booker can only see and edit the courses they have been assigned.

Customer Service

Has the same access as the role "Course Operator" but also access to pricing, communication in the "home club", and statistics.
