Settings - Billing

Instructions for how to fill in the Billing Information which is needed for being able to sell memberships, vouchers and set up POS-system.

General information

This functionality needs to be filled in for venues that intend to use the following functionality:

  • Sell membership

  • Sell vouchers

  • POS system

The billing settings are needed to secure your organizations set up to handle incoming payments and billing process through you Sweetspot-account.

Instruction

Start by clicking the heading "Billing" under settings.

Minimum required information to start the process:

Organization

  • Legal name: The organization's legal name

  • Registered Address Country

  • Email

Information required to complete the process

Organization

  • Company details

    • Legal name: The organization's legal name

    • Trading name

    • Organisationsnummer

  • Registered Address

    • Street

    • House number

    • Postal code

    • City

  • Personal details

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Date of birth

    • Country of residence

    • Personnummer (PIN)

    • Job title (For Signatory or Controlling person)

    • Email address

    • Phone number

  • Address (personal)

    • Street

    • House number

    • Postal code

    • City

    (One of the below documents)

  • ID Document

  • Passport

  • ID

  • Payout details

    • Account number

    • Branch code

  • The proof of bank account can be any of the following

    • Bank statement

    • Deposit tickets or deposit forms

    • Screenshots of online banking environment

    • Official emails or letters from bank

    • Cheques
