Full reports in PDF and PNG are available for download, and individual tables can be downloaded as CSV, PDF, or PNG (see export options).
At the bottom of the page, we have compiled an FAQ; please go through it to find answers to the most common questions.

Navigation and layout
Where to find the dashboard
To access this dashboard you need admin privileges or higher. Ask your Customer Success representative if you need further help.
The dashboard is accessible as shown below:

What it contains
Sweetspot company information & client information
At the top of the dashboard you will find our contact information, if any questions arise or help is needed. This section will be included if you export the whole page (more on that in the Exporting options section down below).
The Client information table shows your organisation's information.
If anything looks incorrect in the client information, you can edit it yourself by going to:
Cogwheel > Golf Club > Modify Golf Club
Disbursement summary & Sweetspot fees
This table shows all relevant information related to all sales done in the platform.
Balance account type - What product has been sold and what account it has been linked to. Here it will display all categories such as:
Rentals
Simulators
Driving ranges
Pro's
Courses
Vouchers
etc
Gross sales - Total amount of sold wares during the period
Refunds - Refunds made during the period
Net sales - Gross sales minus refunds
Sweetspot fee inc. VAT
Sweetspot fee ex VAT
Sweetspot fee VAT
Net disbursed - Net sales minus Sweetspot fee
What is included in a payout
Payouts do not have the same date as the transactional dates due to bank delays, we've collected the information describing how a payout is done.
Generally, a payout done Monday contains money from Friday two weeks ago until Thursday last week, see picture below.
Membership fee specification
This table singles out the membership sold in the platform (Balance account = membership) and shows them per fee and VAT amount.
Example
Membership A is sold:
1 SEK as "member fee" with 0% VAT
1 SEK as "game fee" with 6% VAT
The table will then show a breakdown of each fee and it's corresponding amount per week.
Tip:
If you set the filter (how to down below) to membership only, the total sales should match the "Net sales" column in the table above.

Membership payments
This is a table displaying total memberships sold on an individual level.
Filter options
Filter location
The filters in the dashboard can be setup to find specific information.
The available filters are found at the top of the dashboard, see the image below.
Legend and description
Payout in - What date the payout has been done
Transaction date - The exact transaction date
Booking date (tee time) - A filter to be able to see what bookings has been done before or after a certain date.
Example: Ability to filter out a booking done December 28 for a booking January 4
Course/ Venue - Filter to see a certain venue's bookings
Space - Filter to a specific space
Balance type - What product has been sold. For example, you might want to filter so you display membership sales only

Exporting the whole dashboard
If you wish to download the full report you can do so by scrolling to the top and in the top-right corner select "Export".
Available formats for the full report are:

Exporting individual tables
This is a very nice feature if you wish to download and work with the data, or be able to copy numbers directly from the table.
By hovering over a table, three dots in the top right corner appears.
You can from there mouse over "Export" and you will get three options to export the table in:
CSV (which then can be imported to e.g. Excel or Google Sheets)

FAQ
I have sold memberships but no money has been paid out!
If you have sold products but the bank statement verification is empty (as shown below), the Adyen KYC has not passed and you need to update your bank information which is found in:
Cogwheel > Billing > Billing settings > Edit account

When is the data loaded?
Every morning 7.00 and contains data from the day before.
What data can be found here?
Only data related to payments through Adyen (e.g. not paid on site)
What's the difference of "Value date" and "Transaction date"?
When a transaction is done the next weekday will become the "Value date", and is the day the money is settled on to your account. That means a payout done Monday the 13th contains payments from Friday 3 - Thursday 9th.
If I want to see yesterday's total income (such as online bookings, paid on site and membership sales) per venue, how do I see that?
If you want an aggregated view of all payments through all booking flows, we recommend using the Insights tab instead. The Payouts Dashboard only contains volumes through Sweetspot / Adyen.
